- John
Markoff's InfoWorld interview
with David Van Nuys about the video game industry.
John Markoff is currently
the leading computer journalist for The New York Times. This
interview was conducted early in both John's and David's careers. David's
predictions about some of the future impacts of video games have been
borne out, e.g. the move toward more simulations, the importance of
interactivity, and the incorporation of game-like features in educational
software.
- High-Tech
Marketing Magazine interview
with David Van Nuys.
This interview was based
on an article David wrote, "The Customer as Quark." It
contends that qualitative approaches are well-suited to the rapidly
changing needs of the high-tech customer.
- Spokane
Spokesman-Review article
about David Van Nuys' facilitation.
In 1999, David was hired
to facilitate a panel of civic leaders before an audience of several
hundred people. The focus of this symposium was the role of hi-tech
in Spokane's economic future. The session resulted in a local TV news
story, as well as the above article.
